Parent Education Activities – Lecture by Dr. Yu

On Saturday, the Parent-Teacher Association hosted a lecture for parents presented by Dr. Yu, entitled "Addressing Depression in School-Aged Children." Dr. Yu delivered a comprehensive and motivating presentation, covering topics such as recognizing the signs of depression, strategies for alleviating it, and methods for prevention. He discussed the significance of understanding individuals, developing positive mentalities and habits, and provided various tools and strategies. The lecture not only addressed depression but also provided insights into cultivating happiness. The session captured the parents' full attention, many of whom took notes. Attendees expressed that they found the lecture to be highly beneficial.
