Aims of Aesthetics Education
To enable students to:
- explore the world from multiple perspectives and use the language of arts to communicate with others for sharing of ideas and emotions;
- nurture aesthetic sensitivity, creativity and other generic skills;
- connect arts with other disciplines for a greater understanding of society, culture and history; and
- foster respect for and appreciation of diverse values and cultural heritages.
