The Kowloon City Outstanding Students Award

The Kowloon City Outstanding Students Award is awarded to students with outstanding achievements in academic studies, conduct and co-curricular activities, as well as enthusiasm in services and talent in leaderships. This year, we are grateful to witness the hard work of our S.5 student Chow Ki Lok and S.3 student Fung Ling Ki being recognized and selected to be the top 10 candidates in The Kowloon City District Outstanding Students Award Senior and Junior Categories respectively.

Fung Ling Ki

I would like to express my gratitude to my school and teachers for their nomination for this election. Before this election, I was always in doubt about my ability. I did not know whether I could do it, let alone doing it well. The award not only recognized my hard work, but also made me feel confident in myself again. The exchanges with students from other schools also opened my eyes and widened my perspectives.

Chow Ki Lok

I am really grateful to have an opportunity to be a candidate in the election. The event made me more courageous to step out of my comfort zone to stretch myself beyond my boundaries. Interacting with people newly met, I have learnt to proactively express my views and thoughts.
