The Kowloon Region Outstanding Student Election

The Kowloon Region Outstanding Student Election aims to provide secondary school students from the five districts of Kowloon with a platform for mutual discussion, cooperation and exchange, so as to discover students with outstanding talents in Kowloon. Students from various districts in Kowloon who have outstanding performance and are passionate about community work are selected every year to provide them with a platform to develop their potential and at the same time cultivate their sense of responsibility for society.
