Secondary 2 Gerontechnology STEAMaker Competition

Recently, Form 2 students were grouped into eight teams to participate in a "STEAMaker Competition." They utilized their creativity and problem-solving skills to create technological innovations designed to improve the quality of life for the elderly. 

 

After a rigorous competition, the "Smart Vegetable Basket" from the second group of Class 2C was recognized as the standout project! Their innovative "smart shopping basket" includes a recording feature, a wallet safety lock, and a pressure sensor, making shopping safer and more convenient for seniors.

 

We appreciate the hard work and dedication of all participating teams! This competition not only showcased the limitless possibilities of technology but also encouraged collaboration and creative thinking among students. We hope they will continue to explore how technology can benefit society and enhance community welfare in the future!
